*deep breaths* So, I definitely fell off the deep end for a while there this past year. The two big highlights include: -Getting a job teaching high school art. Out of the blue. The Friday before school started up. -_- While I can't say it was a bad decision, or that I regret it, it certainly was not a FUN way to spend my time, and any desire I had to try and balance a teaching career and art has been FIRMLY blown out of me. I spent most of my time too tired and stressed to think, and the rest bemoaning the fact that I didn't have time to do art. So, night before last, my computer crashed, and subsequently rebooted itself. Or, it tried. I haven't been able to get it to successfully load Windows since. Now, I'm no computer expert, so I've pretty much been relying on input from my fiance and dad, but it looks like I'll need to try loading Windows from a disk. Problem is, I have only a vague idea of where that disk might be, if I even have it. I think I would have put it with my tablet driver. That was two moves ago. >< So, while I'm running around like a mad person, trying to go through every crevice of my room (including a few still-unpacked boxes), any updates will be coming

Whoo, A-Kon 25 is this weekend! It's been a less than two weeks since Comicpalooza, and I still feel as though I haven't had time to breathe. I mean, that's obviously a lie, since I've been doing a pretty good job of ensuring I get nothing BUT breathing done. But still. For something so big, it sure did manage to sneak up on me! I'm all kinds of anxious nervous-cited, so naturally my fingernails are just about gone. xD It's been a really weird con season since last fall, so I'm hoping everything goes well this weekend.
