Wendy and Peter Go Flying

Another in my 6-part Neverland series. By some trick of fate, Peter found Wendy and has decided to take her (and her brothers) back to Neverland with him. A little techno-jiggery from his AI, Tink, and her hover bracelets will work outside the limits of her burrough, and well above the ground. Of course, first she has to trust that they'll work in the first place. It's a long way down outside that window.

Since this scene takes place outside of Neverland, I wanted to give it a different feel. While in the original story London is mundane and Neverland is bright and fantastical, in this story Neverland is old and dilapidated, but not as controlled. I wanted Wendy's home to feel bright and technological in comparison. And apparently, according to me, our buildings in the future will all look like comb jellies.

I'm okay with this!

Since the color scheme was actually so incredibly bright in comparison to the others, I turned in an alternate version with slightly muted colors. However, this is the original.
